Fundamentals of Sustainable Design

Spring Semester 2023 - Deann Garcia

During this course, we were introduced to hands-on and holistic approaches to sustainability. Current sustainability frameworks, principles, and material assessments, as well as the history and logic behind them, were explored to provided an insight of the every-changing demands of sustainable design, business, development, and policy-making.

Throughout this course, the sustainability of indoor rock climbing holds, specifically those made out of polyurethane, was explored.
